Terms and conditions

1) Registration and participation at The International Bunker Conference IBC are only confirmed once the payment is received in full. 

2) The payment includes conference participation, accommodation, all meals (Breakfast, lunch and dinner), 

3) The registered participant will need to let organizers know of any allergies and special dietary requirements no later than April 10th in order for the the vessel M/V Color Fantasy to accommodate your needs.
4) Cancellations

If the registered participant needs to withdraw from The International Bunker Conference IBC 

Because of contractual commitments with our subcontractors, the following applies should you need to cancel the registration for reasons other than those stated above. 

Prior to March 23 You may receive full refund of your payment, less administrative fee of NOK 1.800

Option: You may transfer the registration to next year’s IBC or to another person (in such event there will be no additional fees or price adjustments).    

After March 23 but before April 13 You may be refunded 60% of the registration fee. 

Option: You may transfer the registration to next year`s IBC or to another person (in such event there will be no additional fees or price adjustments).  

Between April 13 and April 23 (less than 10 days before departure of M/V Color Fantasy): The registration is not refundable but you may transfer the registration to next year’s IBC or to another person.

5) The contract and terms are subject to Norwegian law.
