1) Registration and participation at The International Bunker Conference IBC are only confirmed once the payment is received in full.
2) The payment includes conference participation, accommodation, all meals (Breakfast, lunch and dinner),
3) The registered participant will need to let organizers know of any allergies and special dietary requirements no later than May in order for the the vessel M/V Color Fantasy to accommodate your needs.
4) Cancellations
Cancellations caused by and due to COVID-19 You may request a full refund excluding an administrative fee of NOK 1.800:
1. If the government of origin country or the Norwegian government imposes a national or international travel ban, not enabling you to travel from country of origin or to Norway.
2. If regulations (e.g. prolonged quarantine etc.) is restricting the participant from traveling from the country of origin or to Norway as planned.
3. If the registered participant has tested positive for COVID-19, has become ill due to COVID-19, or is placed in quarantine due to COVID-19. Cancellations due to the reasons above will be eligible for a full refund excluding an administrative fee of NOK 1.800 provided documentation/information from a governmental webpage or a confirmation from medical provider stating travel restrictions or illness due to COVID-19 infection of the registered conference participant. In any case you may transfer the registration to next year’s IBC (in such event there will be no additional fees or price adjustments).
If the registered participant needs to withdraw from The International Bunker Conference IBC
Because of contractual commitments with our subcontractors, the following applies should you need to cancel the registration for reasons other than those stated above.
Prior to April 20 You may receive full refund of your payment, less administrative fee of NOK 1.800
Option: You may transfer the registration to next year’s IBC or to another person (in such event there will be no additional fees or price adjustments).
After April 20 but before May 1 You may be refunded 60% of the registration fee.
Option: You may transfer the registration to next year`s IBC or to another person (in such event there will be no additional fees or price adjustments).
Between May 1 and May 10 (less than 10 days before departure of M/V Color Fantasy): The registration is not refundable but you may transfer the registration to next year’s IBC or to another person.
5) The contract and terms are subject to Norwegian law.
